Manson: The Notorious Crime and Trial: Forty years after he covered the trial as a young CBS News reporter, Bill Kurtis returns to the abandoned Los Angeles Hall of Justice, where Charles Manson and his followers faced judgment for murdering seven people. Kurtis also discusses the case with Vincent Bugliosi, the lead prosecutor (10 p.m. A&E).

You Lucky Dog: After training a dog to herd sheep, a woman (Natasha Henstridge) uses the animal to search for a group of missing children. Harry Hamlin also stars in this 2010 TV movie (9 p.m. Hallmark).
