Rescued: Soledad O’Brien hosts this special that chronicles the aftermath of the Haitian earthquake through the eyes of two orphans, Cendy and Marc Kenson, who were abandoned years ago by their parents but later taken in at the orphanage of an American missionary family (5 and 8 p.m. CNN).
MOVIES
The Lion in Winter: Katharine Hepburn won her third Academy Award for her work in this 1968 adaptation of James Goldman’s play. Hepburn plays Eleanor of Aquitaine opposite Peter O’Toole as King Henry II (5 p.m. TCM).
The Adventures of Robin Hood: Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland star in this 1938 classic (7:30 p.m. TCM); followed by “Robin and Marian,” with Sean Connery and Audrey Hepburn cast in the same roles, albeit a bit older and wiser, in this 1976 update (9:30 p.m. TCM).
Mongolian Death Worms: Sean Patrick Flanery and Drew Waters star in this new TV thriller (9 p.m. Syfy).
