Break out the pickles. Snooki -- and her artificially russet counterparts -- are fist-pumping their way back to a TV near you.

Whether you hate to love ‘em, or love to hate ‘em, you can now do either all over again (or still, if the remnants of GTL -- that’s Gym, Tan, Laundry, for the uninitiated -- hasn’t completely worn off).

Confused? No need to check your calendar. The second season of ‘Jersey Shore’, which is set in, uh, South Beach, is still weeks -- (and backflips) away. But MTV plans to re-air Season 1 episodes of MTV’s hit show every Thursday, starting today, at 9 and 11 p.m. leading to the premiere of Season 2, which is set for July.

And if the ghost of viewership past is any indication, the forthcoming season is likely to have a fan base waiting with bated breath. The finale of the first season -- which aired in January and taunted viewers with a Mike-Snooki hook up (kind of) -- delivered a solid 4.8 million viewers, almost triple the audience of its premiere.
