Undercover Boss: In this new series, chief executives go incognito as regular workers in their own companies and, it’s hoped, gain a new appreciation for what those workers deal with (About 7 p.m. CBS, after the Super Bowl.)
‘Til Death: Kevin Nealon (“Weeds,” “SNL”) guest stars on a new episode of the sitcom (7 p.m. Fox).
Nature: The new episode “The Beauty of Ugly” looks at frogfish, hagfish, naked mole rats and elephant seals. Though they may not be the sort of critter you want to carry a snapshot of, their distinct looks help them survive in difficult environments (8 p.m. KCET).
Masterpiece Classic: The tangled affairs of Emma Woodhouse, Harriet Smith and Jane Fairfax come to conclusions in the final episode of a three-part adaptation of Jane Austen’s “Emma” (9 p.m. KCET).
Big Love: Marilyn (Sissy Spacek) makes a pitch to represent the casino’s interests in Washington and Frank (Bruce Dern) drops by the casino with Lois and JoDean (Grace Zabriskie, Mireille Enos) in this new episode (9 p.m. HBO).

The Pink Panther: The title of this 1964 comedy actually refers to a rare gem sought by a sophisticated international jewel thief. Peter Sellers stars as bumbling Inspector Clouseau (3 p.m. TCM).
Big: The child in actor Tom Hanks surfaces in this 1988 film about a boy trapped in a man’s body (6:45 p.m. Cinemax).
SPORTS
Hockey: The Penguins visit the Capitals (9 a.m. NBC).
College basketball: North Carolina meets Maryland (11 a.m. FSN).
Golf: The final round of play at the Northern Trust Open, from Pacific Palisades (11:30 a.m. NBC).
Pro basketball: The Magic visit the Celtics (11:30 a.m. ABC).
