CBS’ ‘The Grammy Nominations Concert Live’ may have been heaven for fans of The Black Eyed Peas, but it was not a ratings winner.

The special on Wednesday scored 6.5 million viewers, down a half-million viewers from last year. It came in second place in the 9 p.m. time slot to NBC’s ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,’ which attracted 8.2 million viewers.
