America’s Next Top Model: The two remaining models pull out all the stops as they try to impress the judges with their final commercial and runway show, which is attended by Eddie Murphy. Then . . . Tyra Banks . . . announces . . . who . . . will become . . . America’s . . . Next . . . Top . . . Model . . . in the season finale (8 p.m. KTLA). Glee: Will (Matthew Morrison) has the glee club members split up into pairs to sing their favorite ballads, but he winds up in a sticky situation when he is forced to step in for a sick student. Gregg Henry and Charlotte Ross guest star in this new episode (9 p.m. Fox).

WWII in HD: This episode follows as Americans return to the Philippines (9 p.m. History). A second episode chronicles the U.S. Marines’ assault on the Pacific island of Iwo Jima. Gary Sinise narrates (10 p.m. History).

South Park: The kids visit a water park in this new episode (10 p.m. Comedy Central).

Man v. Food: Adam Richman visits Alaska for a massive burger, a mountainous breakfast and the 6-pound ‘Kodiak Arrest’ challenge at Humpy’s Great Alaskan Alehouse in Anchorage (10 p.m. Travel).

First In: In the season finale of the unscripted series the firefighters eagerly wait to see who will earn their promotions (10:30 p.m. BET).
