Great Performances: The 90-minute documentary ‘Harlem in Montmartre’ chronicles how a black expatriate community was created in Paris’ Montmartre neighborhood following the signing of the Treaty of Versailles. The program, inspired by a book by William A. Shack, uses rare archival material from both France and the United States, including footage of such performers as Josephine Baker and Bricktop (8 p.m. KCET).
