Thursday's TV Highlights: Pandora's Party ends badly on 'Skins.'

Skins: Pandora (Lisa Backwell) throws what is planned to be an innocent sleepover for girls only, but the party soon spirals out of control after Effy and Katie (Kaya Scodelario, Megan Prescott) spike the brownies without telling the other guests (6 and 9 p.m. BBC America).

Marked: The premiere of this new series examines how prison tattoos represent self-identification and belonging for inmates (9 p.m. History).

In Short: Films of Bruce Weber are featured, including: "Backyard Movie"; "Gentle Giants"; "The Teddy Boys of the Edwardian Drape Society"; "Wine and Cupcakes" and "Liberty City Is Like Paris to Me" (10 p.m. Sundance).

LA Ink: Kat is concerned that Aubry didn't want a tattoo for the right reasons but changed her mind for the wrong reasons (10 p.m. TLC).

Royal Pains: In the season finale, Hank treats a woman suffering from hallucinations while Divya and Raj fret over their engagement party (10 p.m. USA).

Battle of the High School Musicals: Guys 'n' Divas: Students in southern Indiana compete to win a spot in the International Thespian Festival (8:30 p.m. Showtime).


Pinocchio: Lonely woodcarver Geppetto creates Pinocchio, who gets into all sorts of dilemmas while ignoring his guide, Jiminy Cricket, in this 1940 animated classic (8 p.m. ABC Family).

Halloween: Jamie Lee Curtis plays one of several teenage baby sitters targeted by the deranged Michael Myers, who's escaped from custody and returned to his hometown with murder on his mind. Donald Pleasence and P.J. Soles also star in this 1978 horror classic (8 p.m. AMC).


Baseball: The Washington Nationals visit the Chicago Cubs (11 a.m. WGN); the Dodgers visit the Colorado Rockies (noon, FS Prime); the Oakland Athletics visit the Angels (7 p.m. FSN).
