Playing himself, Louis Armstrong is pivotal in keeping details straight for viewers. Celeste Holm, Louis Calhern and Sidney Blackmer also co-star (7:30 p.m. TCM).

Safe Harbor: A couple (Treat Williams and Nancy Travis) care for juvenile delinquents in the 2009 TV movie (9 p.m. Hallmark).
