TV Land got its money’s worth (at least from our perspective) from comedian Joan Rivers, who appeared at the press tour today to promote her new series, ‘How’d You Get So Rich?’

Rivers was in her usual hysterical form, cursing like a sailor from a podium, instead of from a cushy couch on stage. Rivers is the host of the six-episode reality series in which she meets and interviews entrepreneurs who made their millions in unusual ways. She also will interview the rich and famous to find out how they come about their lavish lifestyles.

But enough of that. Let’s get to the good stuff. On Tuesday, George Lopez declined an opportunity to bash his late-night competitors (‘Lopez Tonight’ premieres on TBS in November), but Rivers, a former ‘Tonight Show’ guest host who also briefly had a late-night show of her own, jumped into that pool headfirst. And it doesn’t even affect her!

‘I think it’s brilliant that they put [Jay] Leno on at 10 p.m. because America can get bored more easily and go to sleep earlier,’ she said. ‘It will be nice for the Midwest because their crops will be greener.’

Rivers also took a shot at her ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ nemesis Annie Duke, calling her ‘Annie Douche.’

Among her other printable zingers:

“I wish this was a room full of plastic surgeons, because you have not seen my arms.”

“I’m still in this business at age 197, and am still relevant.”

“I had a grandmother that came to this country with 13 children and no husband. Slut!”
