New York City

The second shift of protesters has arrived -- people such as Griffin Dunne, and Tom Fontana (‘Homicide,’ ‘Oz’). But much of the first group are still walking, so it’s getting crowded in there -- the marching has practically stopped because of the smush.

A dog who has accompanied one striker -- or perhaps has a development deal at ABC? -- is barking along with the increasingly loud chanting. (‘What do we want? Contracts. When do we want it? Now.’)
