NEW YORK -- The strikers on today’s picket line in front of Chelsea Piers on Manhattan’s West Side reportedly have met with some hostility.
‘Someone apparently threw an egg out the window and got one of our protesters,’ said Sherry Goldman, a spokeswoman for WGA East. ‘This is ridiculous. How juvenile.’
NBC’s ‘Law & Order’ and ‘Law & Order: Criminal Intent’ shoot at the Chelsea Piers. It’s unclear whether the person responsible for the egging was connected with any production.
