Mao Asada, the Japanese skater who is the defending women’s world champion, is skating her long program this season to the song ‘Waltz Masquerade’ by Aram Khatchaturian. According to Asada’s Russian coach, Tatiana Tarasova, the CD is the biggest seller in Japan right now. Asada nodded yes when her interpreter asked if that was true.
