Sean Kingston tweets update on his condition after watercraft accident

Sean Kingston has updated his fans on his condition as he recovers from injuries following a watercraft accident over Memorial Day weekend in Miami.

The singer took to Twitter Sunday to send his first message since the incident.

‘Feeling alot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!,’ he wrote.

He also posted a photo of himself from the hospital.

Kingston and a female passenger were injured when their watercraft crashed into the Palm Island Bridge on May 29. Both were rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. The female passenger was released, but Kingston’s condition was more severe -- he remains hospitalized there.

He is reportedly recovering from water in his lungs, a broken jaw and a fractured wrist. He is breathing and walking on his own, according to his rep.
