Asghar Farhadi’s domestic drama ‘A Separation’ won the best foreign language film award at the 69th Golden Globes on Sunday. The early front-runner for the foreign-language Oscar and a rare triple prize winner at the Berlin International Film Festival, the film centers on a married couple in the process of splitting up.

The Golden Globes are being held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and are being televised on NBC.
