Golden Globes: Morgan Freeman as a vampire on ‘Electric Company’

In accepting the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the Golden Globes, Morgan Freeman noted that over his long career, he’s gotten to commit crimes, solve crimes, drive Miss Daisy, play the president and even play God. But one role he didn’t mention -- which was featured on his clip reel -- was the role of a vampire, which he pioneered on the PBS show ‘The Electric Company’ way before any of those ‘Twilight’ kids was even born (we’re talking the early 1970s here).

The clip reel featured a scene of Freeman, in vampire getup, taking a bath in a casket. It wasn’t the only vampire skit he did on the show. See below for some clips....
