The 2011 Infiniti QX56 is a lot like lobster; it’s expensive, ugly on the outside and delicious on the inside.

The 4WD model you see here starts at $60,665 and features the $2,450 Theater Package (dual seven-inch monitors in the headrests, and wireless headphone and remote), the $2,850 Technology Package (which includes intelligent cruise control, blind-spot warning, and lane departure warning and prevention similar to the system in Infiniti’s M56 I reviewed earlier, the $5,800 Deluxe Touring Package (which includes 22-inch wheels, heated and cooled front seats, semi-aniline leather seats, remote tip-up middle seats and the Hydrolic Body Motion Control system) and $710 of miscellaneous options for a grand total, including destination, of $72,475.
