Kicking off this week’s Hot Property column is film and television actor Bradley Cooper (‘The Hangover,’ ‘All About Steve’), who purchased a town house in the 35-unit Dogtown Station in Venice that had been on the market for $1.25 million. He plans to use the 2,198-square-foot loft as office space for his production company.
