In retrospect, braving the Black Friday juggernaut wasn’t such a good idea, some customers said.

Preschool teacher Magada Fonseca, 39, of Mid-City brought her son and daughter to West L.A., hoping to show them a new experience at the Best Buy.

In the end, after doors opened at 5 a.m., she deemed the chilly 11-hour wait not worth her while.

Still, she picked up a Compaq notebook for $200 that normally sells for $299 to $349.

Longtime Black Friday shoppers Gabriel Guitierrez, 37, and wife Carolina, 30, of Hollywood were disappointed with this year’s selection but stuck around for the sales anyway.

“We already waited this long, might as well go in,” said Gabriel Guitierrez, a tech support worker.
