A Temecula home made the national Top 5 most-searched-for list at Realtor.com last week of houses within 20% of the U.S. median list price of $218,900.

Ranking No. 2 and listed at $193,900 was a four-bedroom, two-bathroom single-story ranch of 1,687 square feet with a swimming pool.

The rest of the Top 5:

No. 1 was the three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,303-square-foot Los Angeles home listed at $199,900 that ranked fourth on last week’s list.

No. 3 was a West Covina home of three bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,405 square feet listed at $199,500.

No. 4 was a White Plains, N.Y., home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,749 square feet. Built in 1952, it is listed for $199,9000.

No. 5 was a Boca Raton, Fla., house in an ocean-view golf course community with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms in 3,259 square feet. Built in 1991, it is listed at $250,000.

Now that seems like a lot of house for the money.
