Hot Property: ‘CSI’ actress sells her L.A. home for less than the 2006 purchase price

Actress Khandi Alexander has sold her Sunset Strip-area home for $2.75 million after about six months on the market, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The four-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom house has 4,126 square feet of living space.

Public records show the ‘CSI’ medical examiner bought the view home in 2006 for $2.85 million.
