Slow Traffic Alert: I’m heading to Los Feliz and Silver Lake Tuesday to check out Brokers’ Caravan, and to see what kind of properties, and prices, are coming on the market there. Minimal postings until late afternoon. Comments will be slow to post as well. One last morning headline: Car sales for April were crummy, blamed in part on the weakening housing market.
