Nude protests: Flesh pedaling to make a point in Mexico City

Mexicans are quick to drop their drawers when their civic consciences are aroused. It’s fashionable here to protest naked over rising farm prices, political corruption, you name it.

So few people probably were startled on Saturday when hundreds of cyclists careered through Mexico City’s streets to promote eco-friendly transportation and urge more respect for their fellow pedal-pushers. Reuters story here.
