Authorities searched Tuesday for two men suspected of abducting a woman and her 18-month-old daughter at a Sam’s Club on Beach Boulevard in Stanton, according to Orange County sheriff’s officials.

The woman and child were leaving the store Thursday afternoon when two men approached and forced them into the woman’s vehicle at gunpoint, authorities said.

‘I didn’t feel like I had an option,’ the woman told KTLA-TV through a translator. ‘They threatened me.’

They told her to drive home because they wanted money, but when she told them her husband was home, they forced her back into Sam’s Club, KTLA reported.

The woman said they wanted her to withdraw money from an ATM in the store, according to authorities. When the woman showed them she had no money in her account, they forced her to purchase two iPads with her credit card.

The suspects also stole money from her purse and her gold earrings, authorities said. They were last seen leaving the parking lot on foot.
