Tenorio had summoned police Sunday morning to the Mission Valley apartment of his brother, Ens. Jonathan Jake Tenorio, 25, a native of Guam and a graduate of the Naval Academy last year, saying he had found his brother dead there.

Jonathan Tenorio had been serving as a surface warfare officer on the guided-missile cruiser Bunker Hill, Navy officials said.
