Kobe Bryant’s wife sells Newport Coast home for $3.2 million

A Newport Coast home owned by Kobe Bryant’s wife has sold for $3.2 million, real estate records show.

Vanessa Bryant’s home at 4 Windemere Court includes 6,026 square feet of space on 0.29 acres in the tony Pelican Ridge neighborhood, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

The Mediterranean-style home on a cul-de-sac boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms and five fireplaces.

The Bryants still live in Newport Beach. The three homes the couple owned in the area were transferred into Vanessa Bryant’s name after she filed for divorce from the Laker guard in December 2011 after 10 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

Several media outlets reported in December that the couple had reconciled. They have two daughters, ages 6 and 9.

The name of the home’s buyer was not immediately available, according to a representative from the Orange County clerk-recorder’s office.
