A wet weekend is on tap for Southern California.
The National Weather Service said a cold front will bring light-to-moderate rainfall across the L.A. area Saturday and stronger storms to the Central Coast region.
A second, weaker storm front will move through Sunday, bringing scattered light showers, mostly to the north.
On Sunday, there is only a 20% chance of showers in the L.A. Basin.
Snow levels are expected to remain above 7,000 feet, according to the NWS. Temperatures through the weekend will be in the 60s.
Dry, partly cloudy conditions should return to L.A. by Monday.
