Mila Kunis stalker charged with violating restraining order

May 17, 2012 |  4:10 pm

A man already convicted of stalking actress Mila Kunis since July is expected to appear in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom Friday after he was arrested again and charged with violating a restraining order.

Stuart Lynn Dunn, 27, faces one count each of stalking in violation of a restraining order and stalking.

The latest charges came after Dunn waited for Kunis in the parking lot of her gym on three consecutive days.

In February 2012, Dunn was ordered to stay away from the Kunis for three years after he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor count of unauthorized entry of a dwelling. Dunn was charged following an incident in January in which he made repeated calls seeking Kunis' personal information and then broke into a vacant home owned by Kunis and temporarily lived in the home.

Bail for Dunn has been recommended at $150,000. If convicted as charged, the defendant faces a maximum prison term of four years.
