3 bicyclists struck by car in Seal Beach; driver accused of DUI
An Alaska woman was in custody Monday after allegedly driving under the influence and striking and injuring three bicyclists in Seal Beach.
Juli Ann Brown, 46, of Anchorage left the scene of the Saturday morning collision near Pacific Coast Highway west of Anderson Street, said Sgt. John Scott of the Seal Beach Police Department.
Brown was arrested as she was driving in Huntington Beach, Scott said.
She was booked at the Seal Beach jail on suspicion of felony hit and run causing injury, felony driving under the influence and multiple narcotics violations. She was later moved to the Orange County Jail.
