Map of crimes surrounding Sunday's stabbing at Hollywood and Schrader boulevards. Three men were stabbed at a Hollywood tattoo parlor, and the suspect remains at large, police said Sunday.

The stabbings occurred near the corner of Hollywood and Schrader boulevards about 2:30 a.m., said Sgt. Sal Ogaz of the LAPD's Hollywood station.

Two of the men were in stable condition at a local hospital, while the third has been released, Ogaz said.

The victims were stabbed in the doorway of the tattoo parlor, according to City News Service, which quoted police detectives at the scene interviewed by a freelance videographer. KABC-TV Channel 7 identified the parlor as L.A. Tattoo.

According to the Los Angeles Times' crime database, Hollywood ranks relatively high for violent crime among neighborhoods and cities patrolled by the Los Angeles Police Department and the county Sheriff's Department. The database ranks Hollywood 29th out of 209 neighborhoods and cities.
