Gunman opens fire in Southern California Edison building

Click here to see more photos.Southern California Edison says a shooting in Baldwin Park, in which a gunman opened fire in an office building, occurred in one of the utility's facilities.

Edison has not confirmed the number of injuries, but both Irwindale Police and the Los Angeles County Fire Department report that multiple shots were fired.

The gunman remains at large, officials said.

The shooting occurred about 2 p.m. at 4910 Rivergrade Road. Employees were seen on television news walking out of the building with their arms up.
