Dozens of Occupy L.A. protesters were marching downtown Wednesday evening near the scene where police cleared the encampment less than 24 hours earlier.

The protesters were carrying signs and wearing black shirts as they moved north along Spring Street about 5:30 p.m. and passed the Los Angeles Police Department headquarters heading in the direction of City Hall.
