Jose Garcia of Echo Park is one Dodgers fan who says Frank McCourt didn't invest enough in the team

Jose Garcia, a retired driver and Echo Park resident for decades, chatted with friends Wednesday morning near his home about the proposed sale of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

A fan since 1961, he said Frank McCourt was a terrible owner who didn't invest in the team Garcia said he has come to love so much.

"He has no fans," Garcia said.

Garcia, who attends about 20 games every year, said he hopes to see new faces on the team soon.

"I've stuck with the team. I am such a big fan that when the team loses, I even cry."
