Divers An autopsy was scheduled Friday for a 40-year-old Orange County man who died while diving off Laguna Beach.

Andrew Brislen, of Capistrano Beach, was found by authorities about 10:30 p.m. Thursday, entangled in kelp about 200 yards offshore, the Orange County coroner said.

Brislen’s family became concerned after he didn’t return home earlier in the day as expected. They found his vehicle parked at Diver’s Cove in Laguna and called police.
