Police seek flasher in Burbank area

December 12, 2010 |  8:43 am

Flasher Burbank police are looking for a man believed to have exposed himself to women at least three times in the Magnolia Park neighborhood.

On Friday, police issued an alert for a suspect described as a white or Latino man with a shaved head, 6 feet tall and 35 to 40 years old. He has been seen wearing a white shirt with tie and dress pants.

Police say the man whistles toward groups of women to get their attention and then exposes himself. The three reported incidents took place between Nov. 4 and 29. The incidents occurred either late at night or early in the morning.
