Two robbery suspects arrested following a police pursuit, shooting

Norwalk 6a00d8341c630a53ef013488bcaca4970c-800wi Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two robbery suspects in Norwalk this morning following a police pursuit, which led to a deputy-involved shooting.

The shooting occurred in the 12200 block of Silverbow Avenue about 2:40 a.m, authorities said. There were no details available about the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The sheriff’s deputy involved in the altercation was not injured. The suspects fled the scene but were caught after authorities searched the neighborhood around Rosecrans Avenue and Firestone Boulevard.
