Judge denies injunction sought by Schwarzenegger to cut state workers' pay

More than 200,0000 California state employees can breathe easier Friday after a Superior Court judge denied an injunction sought by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to pay them the federal minimum wage during California's budget impasse.
