Cerritos College students accused of financial aid fraud

KTLA has learned that a massive investigation involving financial aid fraud is underway at a Southern California campus. So far, two Cerritos College students have been arrested and dozens more are being investigated. According to court papers, the scam organizers would recruit participants who were willing to provide their personal information, such as their dates of birth and Social Security numbers.
