Class-skipping fifth-grader rescues 2-year-old

Ktla_newsHere are some of the stories that KTLA News is working on this evening:

PIER RESCUE: A San Dimas fifth-grader who ditched school to spend the day at the beach Wednesday saved the life of a 2-year-old boy who fell from a pier. The student, Maddie Falcetti, initially thought the falling toddler was a bag of trash.

ZILLOW: With housing prices plummeting, the online appraisal site "Zillow" is reducing the value of homes surrounding those that sell for lower prices. But some are upset that this is happening as the online site doesn't include things of value inside surrounding homes, such as renovations, upgrades or new landscaping … things that may increase a home's value.
