Paramount: Steven Guzman, 21

Steven Guzman, a 21-year-old Latino, was shot Tuesday, Dec. 1, in the 16600 block of Eureka Avenue in Paramount, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s officials. He died the next day, about three hours later.

Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner’s office, said Guzman was shot at a residence about 10 p.m. and taken to a hospital, where he died shortly after 1 a.m.
