Watts: Lavell Hudson, 24

Lavell Hudson, a 24-year-old black man, was shot and killed Sunday, Nov. 22, in the 1200 block of East 115th Street in Watts, authorities said.

Police received a report that shots had been fired about 4 a.m. and found Hudson on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to the head, authorities said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:15 a.m., according to coroner’s records.

Raised in the Midwest, she is a graduate of Macalester College.
