Northridge: Man, 18, shot

Alfred Flores Jr., an 18-year-old Latino, died of a gunshot wound to the upper body on Friday, April 3, 2009, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office. The shooting occurred at Roscoe Boulevard and Wilbur Avenue in Northridge.
