Canoga Park: Man, 25, shot in neck

Gabriel De Lira Carlo, a 25-year-old Latino man, died of a gunshot wound to the neck Monday, Nov. 24, 2008, near Sherman Way and De Soto Avenue in Canoga Park, according to coroner’s records.
