Roberto Rodriguez, 39, a Latino man, was shot and killed near 1056 N. Cummings St. in Boyle Heights Tuesday, April 22. The coroner listed the time of death as 11:52 p.m. Homicide detectives from LAPD’s Hollenbeck Division are investigating.
