Richard Jr. Casillas, a 43-year-old Latino man, was found stabbed to death inside his trailer home at 13837 Proctor St. in Bassett at about 8:38 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 3. Casillas was declared dead at the scene, authorities said. Detectives with the sheriff’s homicide bureau are investigating.
