The Deal: Pierre Deux discounts French designs up to 70% through Wednesday

Francophiles, take note (and stop whining about the World Cup): Pierre Deux is discounting select items by up to 70% at the store’s summer sale running through Wednesday.
The sale will include the designer’s trademark country French decor: Provence fabrics, lighting, rugs, furniture, dinnerware and accents for the home. Yes, some of the pieces are still pricey. The large olive jar, above right, normally $1,295, is now $1,165. But the rustic wire urn, above left, normally $55, is reduced to $38.
