In July 2008, the Home section’s weekly sales round-up included West Elm’s narrow-leg bedroom furniture on sale for 15% off. Times have changed, and so have prices: This week the same furniture was marked down 58% to 64% off, depending on the piece. The six-drawer dresser pictured here, originally $799, has been reduced to $329.99. The caveats: Color selection is limited, and the sale items are Internet-only, not available in stores. That means you’ll have to spring $125 for delivery, but at least the fee includes unpacking and assembly. Less expensive pieces in the collection, with prices starting at $199, after the jump.

If simple suits you, the narrow-leg furniture collection fits the bill. The pulls look like brushed nickel, and the drawer glides are metal too. The two-drawer nightstand, left, originally $549, is now $199.99 plus $65 for delivery. The five-drawer tower, center, originally was $649 but has been reduced to $259.99 plus $75 for delivery. The four-drawer dresser, right, originally was $649 but has been reduced to $269.99 plus $75 for delivery.

All are stocked in darker finishes in West Elm stores, but for these sales prices, you gotta love blond.
