This week we’re touring Rock Row, a housing development in Eagle Rock. It consists of 15 small residences built on a single half-acre plot that are almost, but not quite, townhomes. There is 5 inches of space in between each unit, so residents share no walls (and hear less of their neighbors). One nice element: The landscape windows pictured above carefully frame views of treetops and mountains, allowing in natural light while cropping out neighboring buildings and Yosemite Avenue traffic. Busy street? What busy street?
