The lingering June gloom has finally broken, July 4 is almost here, and we are officially gearing up for pool party season! To kick it off we’ve got three pool stories to share with you. First up, the pool as minimalist sculpture in Pasadena, then it’s on to a petite pool in Fullerton that works like a swimming treadmill but looks like a Spanish-style dream, and finally, a vintage pool with glittering mosaics in Baldwin Hills that the L.A. Times first covered back in 1960.
