Wondering what to get Dad for Father’s Day? Sure, you could get him the perennial tie or Old Spice aftershave lotion -- but maybe there’s something a little more exciting out there. Steuben, the premier American handblown-glass maker, has created a new class of dad-ly collectibles for the sports enthusiast. Highlights of the MLB collection include a crystal replica of a regulation-size Major League Baseball bat, as well as crystal baseballs and home plates. There’s also a baseball-shaped ornament Pop can dangle from his rear-view mirror if he’s so inclined, as well as glassware for his sports bar. (Each item can be customized with any of the 30 major league team logos, as well as with personal inscriptions.) For more pictures click to the jump.

On the other hand, if these handsome but pricey gifts -- $125 to $9,500 -- don’t fit your budget at the moment, you might consider just taking Dad out to a ballgame. Top Deck seats at Dodger Stadium start at $9, and you can kick in a foot-long Dodger Dog ($4.50) smothered in mustard for a day your dad won’t soon forget.

Note: In a previous version of this post, the headline referred to a black crystal bat but the pieces are actually clear. (They were photographed against a black background.)
